The main priority of any customer while buying a product is to have the best quality and, therefore, we have employed a team of quality examiners who strive day and night to ensure that all our products meet the industrial quality standards. They keep a tab over quality procedures right from the initial stage, i.e., from the time of material procurement. Here the material we use to make our plywood is timber and we ensure to use only the highest quality timber. We, at our company believe that having timber of high quality is utmost important to ensure the production of best-in-class Waterproof Marine Plywood and commercial marine plywood. Prior to dispatch of our products at our customers' destination, we ensure that all our offerings are judged on the following parameters:
- Smooth finishing
- Color and designs
- Dimensional accuracy
- Termite resistance
- And many more.
Plywood is prepared using thin sheets called veneers that are obtained by gluing wood together. It is ensured that each of its grain remains perpendicular in directions for enhancing its strength and minimizing its movement with respect to the plane of board. Our plywood makers usually prefer odd number of veneers to ensure that the grains outside the ply run along the same direction. This ensures better plywood quality.
